DATACENTERPORT Data Center Design File — app.datacenterport.com
Effective date: 21 October 2026 · Version 1.0 · The Turkish version prevails in case of conflict.
This is a preliminary design file. It must be reviewed by qualified engineers before implementation. No liability is accepted.
This statement appears at the beginning and end of every document the Application produces. It means:
- Preliminary design. The documents are a starting design based on the information you enter and on written assumptions. They are not an execution design, a signed engineering calculation, a single-line diagram or a specification.
- Engineering review is mandatory. Topics such as breakers, cable sizes, earthing, switchboards, cooling and structural load capacity must be verified by a qualified engineer before implementation.
- Assumptions and illustrative values. Calculations are based on the rules and assumptions listed in the document. Some values, such as product dimensions, weights and battery discharge data, are illustrative. They must be checked against the selected manufacturer's data.
- Accuracy of inputs. The results are only as accurate as the information you enter. Values extracted automatically from uploaded specifications may be wrong. It is your responsibility to check them on the confirmation screen.
- Local regulations. Electrical installation codes, fire and building regulations differ by country and location. Approval by the local authority may be required.
- Prices and quotes. The documents contain no prices and are not a sales offer. The "DATACENTERPORT can quote" mark only shows that a quote may be requested for those items.
- Brands. Manufacturer and product names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe a product class. DATACENTERPORT does not claim to be an authorised distributor of these manufacturers.
To the extent permitted by law, DATACENTERPORT cannot be held liable for damage arising from decisions based on the documents. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and any liability that cannot be limited by law, remains unaffected. Consumers' rights under mandatory law remain unaffected.
