1. Controller
This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you use the design application at app.datacenterport.com (the "Application").

This notice is issued under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the UK GDPR.
2. Data we process

We recommend that you do not enter information about your own clients in project names or fields. The Application does not need it and does not share it with DATACENTERPORT.
3. Purposes and legal bases

We do not send marketing e-mails. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. Who we share data with
We share your data only with the service providers needed to run the Application, and only as far as needed:

International transfers are made under KVKK Art. 9 and GDPR Art. 44 et seq. with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
5. Specification files
An uploaded specification file is not stored permanently. It is read in memory only. Its text is sent to the Anthropic API to extract values. As soon as reading is finished, the file and the full text are deleted. Only the values you confirm and their clause numbers remain in the project.
6. Retention

7. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies:
- Session cookie: remembers that you are signed in. Valid for 30 days and renewed as you use the Application.
- Language cookie: remembers the language you chose.
No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are used.
8. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Art. 15-22 you have the right to:
- Know whether your data is processed and request information about it
- Request rectification, erasure or restriction
- Receive your data in a portable format. My account → Download my data

- Object to processing and claim compensation if you suffer damage
Send your requests to info@datacenterport.com. We reply within 30 days at the latest. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority, the supervisory authority of your EU country, or the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
9. Security
Passwords are stored irreversibly (argon2id). Connections are encrypted with HTTPS. Accounts are not accessible to others. Rate limits protect against abuse.
10. Changes
If this notice changes, the new version is published on this page. We notify you of significant changes by e-mail.
